Based on guidance from the Department for Education, this page details the information that schools are advised to publish online and where you will find it on the St Bonaventure's school website.

Your website should include the:

  • name of your school

  • name of the member of staff who deals with queries from parents and other members of the public
  • name of school special educational needs coordinator (SENCO)

Admission arrangements
 
If the school's governing body decides your admissions, you must publish your school's admission arrangements each year and keep them up for the whole school year.

Ofsted
 

Schools must publish either:

  • a copy of the school’s most recent Ofsted report
  • a link to the webpage where users can find your school's most recent Ofsted report

Exam and assessment reports
 
Schools must publish the following details from Key Stage 2 results (currently based on academic year 2015-16):
 
  • average progress scores in reading, writing and maths
  • average 'scaled scores' in reading and maths
  • percentage of pupils who achieved the expected standard or above in reading, writing and maths
  • percentage of pupils who achieved a high level of attainment in reading, writing and maths.

Academies and colleges should publish a link to the school and college performance tables.

Curriculum
 
Schools must publish:
  • the content of the curriculum your school follows in each academic year for every subject
  • the names of any phonics or reading schemes you are using at KS1

Pupil Premium

Schools must publish a strategy for use of pupil premium.

For the current academic year, we recommend you publish:

  • your school's pupil premium grant allocation amount
  • a summary of the main barriers to educational achievement faced by eligible pupils at the school
  • how you will spend the pupil premium to address those barriers and the reasons for that approach
  • how you will measure the impact of the pupil premium
  • the date of the next pupil premium strategy review

For the previous academic year, we recommend you publish:

  • how you spent your pupil premium allocation
  • the impact of the expenditure on eligible and other pupils.

PE and sport premium for primary schools

Schools which receive PE and sport premium funding should publish:

  • how much funding you received for this academic year
  • a full breakdown of how you’ve spent or will spend the funding this year
  • the effect of the premium on pupils’ PE and sport participation and attainment
  • how you will make sure these improvements are sustainable.

Equality objectives
 

Schools should publish details of how they comply with the public sector equality duty and their equality objectives.

Special Educational needs and disabilities (SEND)
 
Schools should publish a SEN information report on your school's policy for pupils with SEN.

The report must comply with:

  • section 69(2) of the Children and Families Act 2014
  • regulation 51 and schedule 1 to the Special Educational Needs and Disability Regulations 2014, where appropriate
  • section 6 of the Special educational needs and disability code of practice: 0 to 25 years’

Complaints procedure
 
Schools must publish details of the complaints procedure

Governors' information and duties
 
Schools must publish:
  • details of the structure and responsibilities of the governing body and its committees

Schools should publish their charging and remissions policies. The policies must include details of:

  • the activities or cases for which your school will charge pupils’ parents or carers
  • the circumstances where your school will make an exception on a payment you would normally expect to receive under your charging policy.

Schools should publish a statement of their ethos and values.
